Warranty regulations
Free warranty project:
UBINOVA provides free warranty services. The warranty scope only includes defects, logistics damage, and quality issues under normal use. For projects that meet the warranty conditions, we will bear the cost of round-trip transportation. For more information or to submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team.
The expression of the free warranty exclusion clause is as follows:
1. The warranty period has expired.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or other human factors is not covered by the warranty.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impacts, fires, lightning, floods, or human negligence is not covered by a free warranty.
4. Damage caused by improper operation of equipment casings, power supplies, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
5. Customized product orders cannot be changed or cancelled without approval before we start production.

If you have not yet completed the payment for the order, please find the option of "Cancel Order" on the order details page and click on "Cancel".If you have completed the payment, please contact your account manager immediately to cancel the order and request a refund. Please note that once the order enters the "processing" state, it will not be possible to cancel in most cases, especially for customized projects or orders with other special conditions. At this point, your account manager will do their best to assist you in resolving the issue. Our order system usually automatically transfers orders to the warehouse for processing, so timely contact with the customer manager is crucial. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
If your product meets the warranty coverage and requires repair, you do not need to pay any fees, including repair costs and round-trip shipping. We will do our best to ensure that your repair needs are promptly and professionally addressed to ensure your rights and satisfaction. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact us.
Once your warranty is approved, we will send you an RMA form for your return processing. The RMA form will contain detailed instructions on how to return the product correctly.
The following situations may invalidate your free warranty:
1. The product has exceeded the warranty period.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or other human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impacts, fires, lightning, floods, or human negligence.
4. Damage caused to equipment casing, power supply, and other components during use due to improper operation.
If you submit an RMA application and return the product according to regulations before the end of the product warranty period, your product can still enjoy warranty services. Please ensure that you follow the instructions of the after-sales service team and submit an RMA application and mail the product in a timely manner.
